This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following direction: “10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to make payment of outstanding amount which is never been disputed by the respondent authority. 10.2) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation dated 27.08.2023 Annexure P/10 10.3) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. In pursuance of the order of this Court’s dated 12.08.2025, the parties appeared before the mediation center, High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur on 14.08.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have entered into the compromise and executed an agreement named & styled as “Samjhouta-patra” and under the terms of such compromise, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to dispose of this petition. 4. Relevant port of said agreement reads as under: “1. यह कि उपरोक्त समझौत अनुसरो नुगरो पचायत पथरोय प्रतितवादी . 7 नु नुगरो पचायत पथरोय म यतिचात द्वारो कितनु नुग स्वाक्छ भारोत अभिभायनु अतगत शौचालय किनुमण किय गय ह( भातित सत्यपनु आज दिदीनु स तनु मह अवाति- म रोनु किनुणय भिलय। 2. यह कि उक्त भातित सत्यपनु पश्चात यतिचात द्वारो बनुए गए शौचालय भागतनु भिलए किवाति-वात रूप स प्रस्तवा बनु रो शौसनु स्वा3 त हत भाज जएग, स्वा3 त पश्चात रोभिशौ आबटनु प्रप्त हनु परो यतिचात द्वारो किनुमण किए गए शौचालय भागतनु किय जएग। 3. यह कि उपरोक्त समझौत म उत्तरोवादी . 2 स 6 7 ओरो स श्री रोत्नुशौ प(रो सहय सचाल क्षेत्रीय यलय किबलसपरो भा उपस्थिस्थत हरो सहमत ह=। 3 4. यह कि उपरोक्त समझौत अ-नु उभायपक्षे यतिचा किनुरो3 त रोनु हत सहमत ह=। 5. उभायपक्षे इस समझौत पत्री 7 शौत? स सहमत ह= एवा पलनु भिलए किटबद्ध ह= समझौत पत्री म दी गई शौत? दीनु पक्षे द्वारो अपनु स्वाय 7 स्वाच्छापCवा सहमतित एवा किबनु किस दीबवा, भाय एवा ललचा स्वारो किय गय ह(। उभायपक्षे नु इस समझौत पत्री 7 शौत? पढ़नु वा समझौनु पश्चात अपनु स्वातत्री सहमतित स परोस्परो ए- दूसरो 7 उपस्थिस्थतित म हस्तक्षेरो रो किनुष्पदिदीत किय।" 5. Perused the terms of compromise. Prima facie perusal of the same shows that the terms are reasonable. 6.
