Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this petition has been filed for direction for disposal of application bearing No.3385/2024 under Section138 of Negotiable Instrument Act pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sultanpur. Perusal of the order sheet annexed by the applicant upto 07.11.2024 indicates that on many dates the applicant himself had not appeared. In view of above, when the applicant himself is not assisting the court in disposal of the case, this court is not inclined to issue any direction for expeditious disposal of the case at this stage. Even otherwise in view of law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the application for early disposal can be moved and considered by the concerned court. In view of above, the petition is dismissed.
