A suit bearing No. 134 of 2025 (Sagir Ahmad and others Vs. Irfan Ali and others) has also been filed. In the meantime, it is alleged that the said private opposite parties are creating disturbance. 2. We fail to understand as to how such a dispute can be raised in a writ jurisdiction in the circumstances narrated above. The writ petition is ill-advised and is not maintainable. 3.
