The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Issue a direction to the opposite party no. 2 to decide the Computerized case No. T202104040201853 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Prabandhak Junior High School Baragawan) registered on the report of the Lekhpal under section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code- 2006 with in stipulated period." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the case as also the period prescribed for disposal of such type of cases in the paragraph 479 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual, the present petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party No. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate (Judicial), Tehsil- Jalalpur, District- Ambedkar Nagar to consider and decide the pending case in issue, detailed in above quoted prayer clause of this petition, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of three months from the next date fixed before it, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
