Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to correct the number of complaint case which has been inadvertently wrongly mentioned at the time of institution of present petition. 3. Prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed. Necessary corporation shall be carried out during the course of the day. Order on writ petition 4. The instant petition has been preferred with the following prayer:- "i) Issue a order or direction, directing the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh, to decide the Complaint Case No.3677 of 2017, Police Station- Devgaon, District- Azamgarh, within stipulated period as prescribed by this Court." 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case the aforesaid case be decided expeditiously. 6. Learned AGA vehemently opposed the prayer sought through the instant petition but showed his agreement only to the extent that a direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case. 7. Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of the matter, if there is no legal impediment, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.10, Azamgarh is hereby directed to decide the Complaint Case No.3677 of 2017, Police Station- Devgaon, District- Azamgarh, as expeditously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. It is also made clear that both the parties shall render their full cooperation for expeditious disposal of the said case. 8. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
