Let the petitioner's application for interim relief, if it is still pending and has not been decided in the appeal, be considered as per law and disposed of within 15 days. Only for a period of three weeks, the recovery shall not be given effect, subject however, to any orders being passed in the appeal. If no such application has been filed as per rules or it has already been decided, then the benefit of this order shall not be available to the petitioner.
