The petitioner states that Gram Pradhan was undertaking construction of a drain in front of the house of the petitioner, which has been objected by the private opposite parties, who have prevented him from doing so. These are matters involving factual disputes. We are of the opinion that this is not a matter to be interfered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy as prescribed under law, if he has locus and a cause, or the Gram Pradhan concerned can do so. .
