Present petition has been filed for the following relief: "(i) to direct the Additional District Judge/Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No.18, Faizabad, now Ayodhya, the opposite party No.1, to decide the application dated 7.9.2018 filed by the petitioner under Order 9 Rule 13 C.P.C. by allowing the application dated 23.9.2024 under Section 151 C.P.C., pending before the Additional District Judge/Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Court No.18, Faizabad, now Ayodhya, contained in Annexure Nos.6 and 8 to the petition respectively, within a specified time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court by not granting unnecessary adjournments;" 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the application, preferably within four months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 3. Till the decision on the application, recovery against the petitioner shall remain stayed.
