It is seen that only based on the directions given by the Magistrate invoking Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., the FIR has been registered in Crime No.172 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(1) IPC on 09.07.2024. However, till date the respondent police has not filed the final report. 4.
