The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is troubled by the 3rd respondent though there is no case registered against him and that the 3rd respondent and 4th respondent at behest of 5th respondent are pressurizing the petitioner to settle the dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that the police have registered a case in Crime No.38 of 2025 on 06.04.2025 after receipt of a complaint from the 2nd respondent and the petitioner is alleged to have committed offences under Sections 318(4), 351(3) read with 3(5) of BNS. 4. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondents 3 and 4 are directed not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. 5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
