The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Project Officer, Integrated Child Development Scheme, Dondilohara, District Balod -2- (C.G.) dated 26.09.2006 whereby, the services of the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi worker were terminated. 2. It appears that the order passed by the said authority is appealable one whereas, the petitioner has approached this Court without availing efficacious alternative remedy.
