Learned counsel for the Electricity Corporation states that petitioner wants electricity lines running over his agricultural field, to be shifted, therefore, an estimate of the expenditure to be incurred has been prepared for the said purpose and the petitioner has been informed. As soon as he deposits the estimated amount further action would be taken. The aforesaid proposal has been made as under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS), the aforesaid exercise of shifting cannot take place though the old lines can be replaced by the new lines. Hence the estimate has been prepared. 3. Let the petitioner do the needful, whereupon the opposite parties shall, as soon as the petitioner deposits the required amount, take action for shifting the electricity lines and laying them through some other route. 4.
