SUBBA RAO KORRAPATI Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: 1. The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.152/3 of Akkarampalli Village, Tirupati Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, having purchased the same by virtue of registered sale deed dated 04.04.2005 vide document No.2295/2005. 2. It is further case of the petitioner that having come to know about the subject land is placed in prohibited properties, the petitioner approached the respondents by making application through Me-seva. It is further case of the petitioner that pursuant to the said application, the 5th respondent sent report dated 14.08.2021 to the 2nd respondent and the same is pending consideration. It is further case of the petitioner that though he made an application way back in the year 2021 and report was called for from the 5th respondent, the same is not considered by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, he filed the present writ petition. 3. It is not in dispute that the petitioner has purchased the property by virtue of registered sale deed and he also made an application seeking to delete the subject property from the prohibited list issued under Section 22-A of Registration Act, 1908.
