It is submitted that the respondents 4 to 6 are disturbing the peace of the petitioner and also interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property of the petitioner bearing D.No.7-10/2/8, situated in Sy.No.284/8 and 284/4 of 12 Revenue Ward, Narasaiah Agraharam, Bhimavaram. It is submitted that the respondents 4 to 6 at the behest of respondents 7 to 9, insisting the petitioner to hand over the property to respondents 7 to 9. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner acquired the property under a registered settlement deed dated 17.03.2025. 3. Considering the nature of disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 7 to 9, there shall be a direction to the respondent Nos.4 to 6 not to interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioner and respondents 7 to 9 without following the due process of law. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
