Prin. Secy. Home Lko. Counsel for Applicant :- Dharm Trivedi,Ram Kripal Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. In the prosecution case, it is alleged that a dead body of the informant's brother was found hanging from a tree on 30.01.2025. Her brother had transferred some money in some suspicious account and as per the information given by some villagers some persons were demanding money from him. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant was accompanying Rohit Prajapati and thus, he has also been made accused in the case. There is no recovery of alleged money from the applicant, rather the said Rohit Prajapati has received the money from the deceased in his UPI account. The role assigned to the applicant is similar to the co- accused Amit Singh @ Golu Chauhan who has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 29.5.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 4848 of 2025. Therefore, the applicant claims parity. It is further submitted that the applicant has no criminal history and he is languishing in jail since 9.2.2025. There is no possibility of the applicant of fleeing away after being released from jail or tampering with the witnesses. In case the applicant is enlarged on bail, he shall not misuse the liberty of bail. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the aforesaid facts as argued by the learned counsel for the applicant. On due consideration to the submissions advanced, perusal of the record so also the fact that the role assigned to the applicant is similar to that of the co-accused Amit Singh @ Golu Chauhan who has been granted bail; the applicant is in jail since 9.2.2025 having no criminal antecedents and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail on the ground of parity. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant- Veer Pratap Singh @ V.P.
