Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to decide petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2025 against the order of punishment dated 21.04.2025. 3. It has been submitted that petitioner was initially engaged as a contractual employee with the opposite parties but by means of order dated 21.04.2024, his annual increment for the years 2025-26 has been stopped. It is submitted that order passed is clearly stigmatic in nature and therefore, petitioner has submitted a representation thereagainst dated 28.04.2025, which is till pending consideration. 4. At present, learned counsel for petitioner restricts his prayer for a final decision with regard to same. 5. Considering innocuous prayer being made by learned counsel for petitioner and without entering into the merits of the case, opposite party No.3 i.e. Mission Director, National Health Mission, U.P., Lucknow or any other competent authority is directed to consider and decide representation dated 28.04.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority. Petitioner shall annex a copy of representation date 28.04.2025 alongwith certified copy of this order. 6. With aforesaid directions, petition stands disposed of.
