We therefore, see no reason to interfere in the matter, especially as, the order passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Unnao on 01.06.2024 rejecting the application of the petitioner for grant of permission to go abroad has also not been challenged. Let the appeal of the petitioner be decided at the earliest say within a period of two months. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
