Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:33592 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 6297 of 2025 Petitioner :- Irfan Ahamad Respondent :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Medical And Health, U.P. Govt., Lko. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amit Kumar Awasthi,Prashoon Awasthi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Puneet Chandra Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 3 as well as Shri Mohit Chandra, learned Advocate holding brief of Shri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for respondent no. 2. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the respondents to adjust the petitioner on its original place of appointment. (ii) Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, which is deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation raising his grievances before the competent authority with a direction to decide the same within a stipulated period. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the competent authority within two weeks from today and in case, such a representation is submitted, the same shall be decided by the competent authority within a further period of four weeks by passing a reasoned and speaking order. With these observations, the petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 30.5.2025/R.C. Digitally signed by :- RAM CHANDER YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
