The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated 20.01.2024 whereby notices were directed to be issued to opposite parties on the injunction application filed by the petitioner. It is informed that the suit was subsequently dismissed in default, for that a restoration application is pending. Considering the aforesaid order, in not deciding the dispute in between the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court decide the restoration application. In case the same is decided in accordance with law and in case the suit is restored the trial court would be at liberty to decide the injunction application of the petitioner.
