Act. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nuzvid Town Police Station, Krishna District, wherein it is stated that, after due investigation, the police filed a charge sheet on 30.04.2024, and it was numbered as C.C.No.298 of 2019. Thereafter, both parties have compromised the matter in Lok-adalat under Section 320(8) Cr.P.C. on 10.07.2024. 3. Recording the above instructions, this Court is of the view that no cause survives in this petition, and it has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
