Records show that vide a subsequent order dated August 31, 2021, the main case (SWP No. 2789 of 2013) itself was transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Jammu Bench, Jammu in view of the Notification No. G.S.R. 267(E) dated 29th April 2020 read with Notification No. G.S.R.317(E) dated 28th May 2020 issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training). For, over 11 years have gone by, none is present on behalf of the petitioner to confirm if the matter is still pending adjudication before the Tribunal.
