No.9061 of 2025 promotions to the post of MPHA(F) and pass such other orders.” 2. Heard Sri B.Chandra Sekhar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services – I for the respondents. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record written instructions along with speaking orders dated 03.04.2025 passed by 2nd respondent disposing the objections raised by petitioner. 4. As the grievance of petitioner in the writ petition being non-disposal of the objections, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The order passed by 2nd respondent being appealable, petitioner has alternative remedy of preferring appeal before the appellate authority, petitioner upon filing such appeal within a period of one week from today, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks thereafter after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 3 CGR, J W.P. No.9061 of 2025 5. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
