Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking protection on account of harassment meted out to the petitioners. 3. The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that both the petitioners are major and have performed marriage out of their own free will at Arya Samaj Mandir, Chinhat, Lucknow. A certificate as a proof of marriage has also been annexed as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. The Counsel for the petitioner states that the said marriage is also duly registered. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are major and have married as per their own free will, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioners solely on the ground of their marriage. 5.
