Lachchha Das" pending before him, date fixed as 12.08.2025, (as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition) expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible in the interest of justice. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
