No one appears to press this petition on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call. 2. The present petition arises out of an order dated 22.02.2010 whereby the SCC suit was decreed in favour of the landlord as well as the order dated 04.08.2010 whereby, the revision preferred was also dismissed. 3. A perusal of the orders impugned indicates that findings of fact were recorded after determining the points as arose in between the parties and all the findings of fact were returned in favour of the landlord. 4. Considering the findings of fact recorded after appreciation of evidence, no good ground for interference is made out. 5. The writ petition is dismissed.
