Revenue Code 2006 in Case No.T202408300705653 pending before Tehsildar Manakpur, District Gonda. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the lawyers are continuously on strike therefore, when the petitioners or their counsel themselves are not assisting the Court in disposal of application, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction for disposal of application. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to move application for expeditious disposal before the court concerned. To which there is no objection by the other side. In view of above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
