Present petition has been filed for the following main prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing/ commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 3 to comply the direction issued by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari versus Government of U.P. and others reported in (2014) Vol.2 SCC-1 in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 and 2 to direct the opposite party no-3 to lodged the F.I/R of the petioner in compliance of order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalita Kumari versus Government of U.P. and others reported in (2014) Vol.2 SCC-1, and decide the representation dated 07/05/2025 contained as Annexure no.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice, in favour of petitioner." Sri S.P. Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State has placed the copy of the instructions which is taken on record. In view of the facts indicated in the instructions that the FIR of the petitioner has been lodged, no adjudication is required in the matter. Accordingly, petition is consigned to record.
