Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 to adhere the decision taken by the final authority that is District Magistrate Basti in its meeting held on dated 23.10.2019 at item no. 17 regarding the claim amount of the petitioner and pay the all dues amount to the petitioner in the interest of justice." It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that her claim has been decided and approved by the District Magistrate, Basti on 23.10.2019 but till date the respondent no.3 has not made any payment. This petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner copy of which has been filed as Annexure 1 to the petition and make all payments as are due on date along with interest, if any, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
