PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP) The Court made the following: 2 I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2920 of 2024 COMMON ORDER: The instant petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 7, seeking to quash all further proceedings in FIR.No.166 of 2019 on the file of Medikondur Police Station, Guntur district, for alleged offences under Sections 143, 323, 324, 307, 506 read with 149 of IPC. 2. I.A.No.2 of 2024 is filed by the 1st respondent/petitioner to accord permission to record the compound the offences in FIR.No.166 of 2019 on the file of Medikondur Police Station, Guntur district, by allowing the criminal petition. 3. I.A.No.3 of 2024 is filed by the 1st respondent/petitioner, seeking to record the compromise and quash the proceedings in FIR.No.166 of 2019 on the file of Medikondur Police Station, Guntur district, by allowing the criminal petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent No.1 as well as learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent No.2/State are present. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arraigned as accused Nos.1, 2, 4 to 6 in Crime No.166 of 2019 on the file 3 of Medikonduru Police Station, Guntur district, for alleged offences under Sections 143, 323, 324, 307, 506 read with 149 of IPC. It is submitted that the main allegation is against the 3rd accused, who caused the alleged injury on the mouth of the 2nd respondent. It is submitted that the 3rd accused is no more and the petitioners have no role in commission of the offence under Section 307 of IPC. 6. Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioners and the respondent No.1 are present before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for respondent No.1 have identified the parties in the open Court. 7. This Court has questioned the respondent No.1 with regard to compromise, and he categorically stated to that extent that he has voluntarily entered into compromise with the petitioners herein. This Court is satisfied with the identification of the parties and voluntariness in arriving at the compromise. 8. Since the parties entered into settlement and compromise and the main allegation is against the 3rd accused, who was expired and the petitioners have no role in commission of offence, the Criminal Petition is allowed and therefore, the proceedings in FIR.No.166 of 2019 on the file of Medikondur Police Station, Guntur district, against the petitioners herein is hereby quashed. 4 9. Accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2024 and Criminal Petition No.2920 of 2024 are allowed. 10.
