It is informed by learned Standing Counsel that 23.07.2025 is the date fixed for taking actual physical possession from the occupant/ borrower and handing it over to the Bank, therefore, the petitioner-Bank should ensure that its officials are present at the spot on the said date for taking physical possession and also complete other formalities regarding deposit of fees etc for provision of police force as the same has not been challenged. 3. Let the physical possession be handed over to the petitioner- Bank in terms of our judgments dated 25.10.2024 passed in Writ C No. 8867 of 2024 (Bank of Baroda Vs. State of U.P. and 8 others) and 14.11.2024 passed in Writ C No. 9723 of 2024 (Pnb Housing Finance Ltd. Lko. Thru. Authorised Representative Mr. Surya Prakash Mishra vs. State of U.P. and others) unless there is any legal impediment in this regard within one month, subject to the aforesaid. 4.
