Learned Deputy Advocate General would submit that he has been instructed to state that the petitioner is married to respondent no.4 and has voluntarily left the house on account of incompatibility and other reasons and that she is presently residing at Haridwar, and has also initiated proceedings before the Competent Court for dissolution of marriage, and he would further submit that there is no perception of threat to the life and limb of the petitioner. 3.
