The instant petition has been preferred seeking following main relief(s):- "i) To direct the opposite party no. 1 to decide the Computerized Case no. 2021550830060004 filed by petitioner (Anant Ram Vs Sukai), pending before him, expeditiously." Taking note of the submission of learned State counsel that the case/objection, in issue, could not be disposed of within reasonable time and the same would now be disposed of most expeditiously on merits and also the period of pendency of the case/objection, in issue, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1/Consolidation Officer (Old), Gonda to conclude the proceedings of the case, quoted above in prayer clause, within a period of six months from the next date fixed in the case after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting unnecessary adjournment to either party. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
