GP-MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV(AP) 3. MD SALEEM 4. N RANGA REDDY (SC MC RSEEMA SPSR NLR) 5. GP FOR IRRI AND CAD (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition was filed to declare the action of the respondents in demanding the petitioner to disconnect power supply to the shed and also trying to evict the petitioner from the above shed as illegal and arbitrary. 2. This Court on 02.02.2015 has passed interim order restraining the petitioner from erecting either permanent or temporary structures on the road margin and creating hassles for the free flow of traffic; however, she was permitted to carry on petty trade or business only by pushcarts. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no immediate instructions from the petitioner. 4. In the opinion of this Court, the interim order passed on 02.02.2015 would suffice and the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order by permitting the petitioner to carry on petty trade by pushcarts as long as the same does not affect the free flow of traffic. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY Dt.10.04.2025 Vjl
