Learned counsel for the writ petitioner is in attendance. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that based on the complaint submitted by the writ petitioner, the police registered a case in Crime No. 127/2019 under Sections 323, 355 read with Section 34 of the IPC, and Section 3(i)(s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act at Pamidi Police Station on 24.06.2019. After completion of the investigation, a charge sheet was filed before the 4 concerned SC/ST Court, Ananthapuramu, and the case is pending trial as S.C. No. 111 of 2021 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act, Ananthapuramu. 4. The petitioner alleges that the 3rd respondent is not registering the FIR based on his complaint. However, the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home indicate that the police registered a case and filed a charge sheet. In view of this, no further orders are required in this writ petition, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
