Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Sudhanshu Chauhan, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 02.03.2021 dismissing the application filed by the petitioners under Section 2A of the Industrial Disputes Act on the ground that the same is barred by the limitation prescribed under Section 2A (3) of the Industrial Disputes Act. 3. The said issue is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in Writ C No. 8451 of 2023 (Prem Sagar Vishwakarma Versus Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Lko) decided on 22.12.2023. Following the said judgment, the impugned order is set aside. The matter is remanded for fresh adjudication before the C.G.I.T. in accordance with law. 4. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
