THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 3915/2025 The Court made the following Order:
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the de-facto complainant in C.C.No.140 of 2024 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda.
2. The petitioner alleged that the 2nd respondent has committed offence under Section 509 and 506 IPC. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, the police have filed a charge-sheet and the same is taken on the file by the learned Magistrate. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the age of the petitioner is 76 years and the health ailments are a predicament for her to attend the proceedings of the Court and by considering her age, it is requested the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda to endeavor for the speedy disposal of the case.
3. Heard learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
4. Considering the above facts, there shall be a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Penukonda to expedite the
trial in C.C.No.140 of 2024 and dispose of the same within six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
5. Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of.
6. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
