Heard Shri Arun Singh Somvanshi, the learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Anant Pratap Singh, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the records. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2025 under Sections 64(II)(M), 352 of B.N.S. & Section 5(L)/6 of P.O.C.S.O. Act registered at Police Station- Paliya, District- Kheri. 3. The applicant has already been granted bail in the aforesaid case under Sections 64(1)(M), 115(2), 351(2) of B.N.S. & Section 3/4 of P.O.C.S.O. Act registered at Police Station- Paliya, District- Kheri by means of an order dated 18.04.2025 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.3156 of 2025. Subsequently, Sections 64(II)(M), 352 of B.N.S. & Section 5(L)/6 of P.O.C.S.O. Act have been added and, therefore, the present application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in added Sections only. 4. After taking into consideration all the relevant facts and circumstances of the case, merely some Section have been added on the basis of same set of facts and, therefore, this Court is of the view that the applicant is entitled to be released on bail in the added Sections also. 5. Accordingly, this bail application stands allowed. 6. Let the applicant- Shivanshu be released on bail in Case Crime No.47 of 2025 under Sections 64(II)(M), 352 of B.N.S. & Section 5(L)/6 of P.O.C.S.O. Act registered at Police Station- Paliya, District- Kheri, on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Magistrate/Court concerned, subject to following conditions:- (i) the applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence; (ii) the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses; (iii) the applicant shall appear on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. .
