The goods were supplied by the petitioners to the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 in 2016-2018, we are now in 2025. We see no reason to entertain this petition at this belated stage, especially considering the limitation for filing a suit in this regard but if the opposite parties are in the midst of processing the bills of the petitioners or propose to do so, our order shall not come in the way and they shall be at liberty to do the same as per law.
