This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in interfering and threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the agricultural land in an extent of Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No.32-9D out of Ac.42.0 cents in Sy.No.32-9D2, situated at Bobbarlanka Village, Mopidevi Mandal, Krishna District. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, the respondent officials will follow the due process of law with respect to the subject property, if so warranted. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to follow the due process of law with respect to the subject land in an extent of Ac.0.26 cents in Sy.No.32-9D out of Ac.42.0 cents in Sy.No.32-9D2, situated at Bobbarlanka Village, Mopidevi Mandal, Krishna District and if the petitioner is otherwise in possession of the same, the respondent authorities shall not dispossess him except by following the due process of law. 5.
