The petitioner seeks compliance of an order dated 07.05.2024 passed by the Additional Commissioner in the revision filed by the private opposite parties arising out of the demarcation order dated 27.06.2011 passed under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1901"). The order dated 07.05.2024 merely dismisses the revision of the private opposite parties. It is the order dated 27.06.2011, if any, which is the substantive order. Learned Standing Counsel for the State has invited our attention to page No.43 which is an order dated 20.09.2019 passed under Section 41 of the Act, 1901 on the restoration application filed by the private opposite parties which mentions that on 01.04.2003 the demarcation report of the Revenue Inspector was confirmed on 02.12.2003, thereafter, the 'pathar nasab' exercise took place, accordingly, the records were consigned. If the boundary marks have been destroyed subsequently, the petitioner may approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned or seek such other remedies as may be permissible in law, who shall look into the matter and do the needful but only as per law and after getting facts inquired. We have not at all adjudicated the claim of the petitioner that is why we have not issued notice to the private opposite parties. 3.
