According to the petitioner, she was outsourced through UPNL as Bandi Rakshak in District Jail, Almora w.e.f. 23.11.2015 and she served in that capacity till 29.02.2024. It is further her case that without any rhyme or reason, her engagement was discontinued even though all concerned authorities were satisfied with her work and conduct. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a single mother, who has to support a minor son and without any source of livelihood, petitioner is finding it difficult to maintain her child. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though petitioner has made a representation on 6.03.2024, which is still pending consideration, however, she may be permitted to make fresh representation before the Superintendent, District Jail, Almora, as work and post is available in District Jail 2025:UHC:10906 Almora. 7. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation to the Superintendent, District Jail, Almora for her re-engagement. If she makes representation within ten days from today, concerned Superintendent shall take decision thereupon, as per law, within two weeks thereafter. 8.
