The grievance of the petitioner is that Opposite Party No.5 is continuing as Lekhpal at his present place of posting for the past 15 years, hence this petition seeking the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to 4 to consider the posting of the private respondent in some other Tehsil considering the fact that he is posted in Tehsil Sadar for the last 15 years and is involved in illegal activities of carrying out interpolation in the revenue records with impunity, in the interest of justice. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no. 2 to 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner for transferring the private respondent to some other Tehsil in terms of the circular dated 25.06.2019 so issued by the opposite party no.2 i.e. Board of Revenue, in the interest of justice." 2. We are not inclined to interfere in such matter at the behest of the petitioner. Essentially, this is a service matter and the petitioner is a stranger. 3. Our order shall, however, not come in the way of the opposite party in transferring the opposite party No.5, if he is otherwise liable to be transferred as per the policy applicable. 4.
