Mr. B.S. Negi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is aggrieved by punishment of censure imposed upon him by Director, Electrical Safety. The impugned order was passed on 04.02.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order was communicated to petitioner after considerable delay. 4. Learned State Counsel, however, raised a preliminary objection that against the impugned order, petitioner has remedy of filing appeal under Punishment and Appeal Rules, applicable to Government employee. He submits that petitioner can also approach Tribunal established under U.P. Public Service Tribunal Act, 1976. 5. The objection raised by learned State Counsel is not responded to by petitioner’s counsel. 6. Since petitioner has Statutory remedy available to her, therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
