Through the medium of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking implementation of order dated 4th of July 2024 passed by the Writ Court, whereby the respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioners in accordance with law. 02. Statement of Facts stands filed by the respondents. As per the Statement of Facts, the respondents have considered the claim of the petitioners and rejected the same in terms of Order dated 9th of April 2025. A copy of the Consideration Order has been placed on record. 03. In view of the fact that the respondents have already passed a Consideration Order, the order passed by the Writ Court stands complied with. The contempt petitions are, accordingly, closed. 04.
