Direct the Opposite Party No. 1 i.e. The Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No- 42, Lucknow to decide the Regular Suit No. 1412 of 2023 (Old Case No. 140 of 1983); Managing Committee Waqf Karbala Malka Jahan through its Managing Mutwalli, Sri Akhlaque Hyder Versus Chandra Cooperative Housing Society through its Secretary, Sri S. K. Misra and others for Suit for the Permanent injunction and expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit which is pending before Opposite Party No. 1 since 19/05/1983; (contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition) in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
