The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 4th October, 2021, whereby the appellate authority had remanded the matter for deciding the request for compounding in accordance with law. 3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the vehicle in question was sold in scarp and was scraped. 4. Considering the fact that the order impugned is order of remand, I do not see any reason to interfere with the same. The authority while passing fresh order in terms of the order dated 4th October, 2021 shall also consider the contention of the petitioner that the vehicle has been sold in scrap. 5.
