The petitioner seeks the following relief:- "Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing and commanding the opposite party no.2 to 4 to stop the illegal construction of road (Rasta) made by the opposite party no.5 and 6 which is being constructed on the land of the petitioner, land bearing Gata no.4419, area 0.063 hectare, registered as transferable land (ससंक्रमणण भभूणमधर)." 4.
