Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that sole ground for making recovery is that allegedly excess payment was made to petitioners, while they were in service. 5. Mr. N.S. Pundir, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation concedes that the reason for recovery is the same, as indicated by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that issue involved in these writ petitions is no longer res integra and has been decided by Division Bench of this Court in SPA No. 245 of 2022 & other connected matters, vide judgment dated 04.04.2024. 7. Learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Transport Corporation do not dispute the submission made on behalf of petitioner and submits that writ petitions can be decided in terms of judgment rendered in SPA No. 245 of 2022 & other connected matters. 8. Accordingly, the writ petitions are decided in terms of judgment dated 04.04.2024 rendered in SPA No. 245 of 2022 & connected matters.
