Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submitted that pursuant to the notice issued by the bank on 20/01/2019, the gold articles have already been sold by way of public auction and thus would contend that the petition has become infructuous. 2. The matter is listed today (28/10/2022) in order to give an opportunity to the petitioners to make their submission. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. In light of the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent-bank, the petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. - 3 - 4.
