Challenging the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in keeping the subject land under prohibited list under Section 22(A)(1)(c) of the Registration Act, 1908 in respect of the subject property to an extent of 2 83.33 Sq. yards and 83.33 Sq. yards in Sy.No.296, NVR Street, Ward No.17 of Madanapalle Village and Mandal, Annamayya District (old Chittoor district), the present writ petition is filed. 3. Both the learned counsels would submit that similar matter was disposed of by this court in W.P.No.9092 of 2025. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of W.P.No.9092 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025, directing the petitioner to file necessary application before the Commissioner, Endowments Department seeking deletion of the subject property from the prohibited category. Upon filing of such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order passed in W.P.No.9092 of 2025, dated 09.04.2025 to this order.
